Clover (part of Ctrl2GO), known as a manufacturer and integrator of digital predictive service solutions for industry, brings product development for platform technologies to a separate company - Factory5. It will create software as a new vendor, and Clover will reserve the right to decide the direction of development and implementation of solutions in industrial enterprises.
Factory5's CEO and product idea driver is Denis Kasimov.
The integration company Clover will be headed by Aleksandr Dmitriev, Ctrl2GO's Director for Operations.
